HOW THE MBTI® CAN help
The MBTI® assessment tool is the most widely used personality assessment in the world, and is used for:
Taking the MBTI® inventory is a powerful tool for professional self-development and development leaders and teams. The MBTI is a self-reporting questionnaire that will enables individuals to discover their unique personality type, identify their natural strengths, and potential growth areas. It helps individuals and teams enhance communication, decision making, change management, stress management, and conflict resolution.
The MBTI helps to identify which of the following references an individual prefers:
- Where you prefer to focus your attention (Introversion or Extroversion).
- How you prefer to take in information (Sensing or Intuition).
- How you prefer to make decisions (Thinking or Feeling).
- How you prefer to engage the external world (Perceiving or Judging).
Based on these preferences, the MBTI assessment provides a four letter code that makes up an individuals personality type. For example: ESFJ. Reports for individuals and teams can be generated to suit individual and organisation needs. Reports also cover a wide range of areas including, communication, decision making, managing change, and managing conflict. Each report is tailored to specific areas to suit the desired goals.
